Elegant sachet with 80 grams of exquisite Iberian loin, with a mild flavour. Made with whole lean pork loin, without external fat, marinated with a seasoning prepared with paprika, garlic, oregano and olive oil. The loin is a stuffed piece, which means that it has been cured inside the natural pork casing, as a whole piece, without mincing. As well as 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham, pata negra sausages are a true delicacy like this intensely flavored 5-star loin, cured and produced in the Iberian Peninsula. The loin is a unique product of Spanish gastronomy and is obtained from free-range Iberian pigs. The characteristics of this particular animal, together with its careful feeding, give rise to culinary delicacies such as this fantastic loin, a sausage of the highest quality with a smooth and delicious flavor, full of nuances. Pigs are fed with cereals, acorns, herbs and wild plants.
