Gran Enemigo Gualtallary is a blend of Cabernet Franc with a small percentage of Malbec from calcareous soils in Gualtallary, Tupungato at 1470 m. It is fermented in oak barrels for a long period of time and then aged for 15 months in 100 year-old foudre.
