Kukama National Reserve
At the Kukama Reserve you will be greeted by the natives. They will show you the pink dolphins and talk you for a walk among the Amazonian water lillies.
Yanayacu de Pucate
The beautiful surroundings of Yanayaquillo and its Japanese lagoon invite you to practice sports such as kayaking and swimming, take a walk on its suspension bridges and enjoy local music while enjoying the famous Peruvian cocktails.
Marañón River
Be the center of a welcoming ceremony with the great shaman of the tribe and visit their tropical tree plantation. Go out by boat to fish for piranhas and let yourself be intoxicated by a hypnotic sunset on the river.
Nauta
Nauta is one of the main river ports of the Amazon basin. Among its many attractions, the Sapi Sapi lagoon stands out. Crossing it by boat, you will observe exotic animals such as the taricaya turtle, the paiche, the crocodile or the charapa. Here you will also find the Amazon Rescue Center.

Gamified chocolate tasting
Armed with a map of Peru, we selected three chocolates from three different origins. We explain the different zones and the different profiles of the cocoa beans, we will taste the chocolates and we will play quizzes to find out where each chocolate is from. It is an ideal group dynamic, since it functions in competition mode.

We select three coffees from the best Peruvian origins. In show bar format we explore the profiles of each area through the calita process to better appreciate the richness of its nuances.
Follow the cocoa trail from bean to chocolate
Peru, as a producing country, has multiple native species of cocoa.
Let yourself be carried away on the path that leads from cocoa bean to chocolate bar, tasting each ingredient in its natural state. Our introduction will take you to a cacao plantation where you will discover the variety of trees, fruits, flowers and landscapes it presents. You will know each step of the chocolate making process first hand, starting with the fruit. You will touch, smell and taste the cocoa musilage and its green seeds. Then you will go to the recognition of the fermented and dry seeds and little by little, you will approach the chocolate. Through a rapid roasting test and a grinding test you will come to understand the behaviour of the grain and how each step changes its consistency and flavour. You will perform the first taste test. The grand finale consists of a tasting of chocolates from different origins and with different percentages of cocoa. Here you will disocover the subtle changes in flavour and texture, the importance of good genetics and the application of the correct processes for each of the varieties.

Our cocoa experts joined the best sommeliers in Peru to create a 4-step pairing that combines the best wines from the new world with spirits and chocolates from Peru.
Wines of different strains and terroirs, gin from the Amazon region and a pisco with pedigree are presented in perfect harmony with chocolates from different regions of Peru.
