Jaime I brandy is inspired by modernist art and pays homage to the founder of the Torres winery, Don Jaime Torres.
Made 100% from the Parellada grape variety, it boasts exceptional ageing using the traditional solera method, which gives the brandy a fine character. Jaime I is elaborated with a careful assamblage from brandies that are much older than those used in reserve brandies.
Tasting notes: Noble dark mahogany colour. It is complex, majestic and balanced. With very suggestive notes of vanilla, walnut, and flowers, plum, cedar and sandalwood.
