This limited production Gran Reserva is made only in Vintage:s with exceptional Varieties:. From the ‘Vinya La Scala’ vineyard, a small plot of 8 hectares planted in 1963, it is the first wine in Spain to be made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon. It was the official wine of Ronald Reagan’s inauguration in 1981 and shares its name with Jean Leon’s restaurant in Beverly Hills during the Golden Age of Hollywood. For each new vintage, a renown artist creates an illustration for the label. For the 2013 label, Gloria Muñoz immortalized a sunset among the Penedès vineyards, evoking the place chosen by Jean Leon to produce this wine with a unique personality. Origin: Penedés, Tarragona, Spain. Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon.
