Special long pasta. Spaghetti Chitarra Gragnano IGP is a particular form of long pasta and is so called because of the way it is made: a chitarra (guitar) consists of a frame with steel wires arranged a few millimeters from each other, and against which the pasta sheet rests. The pasta is pressed against it to obtain square-shaped spaghetti strands. This pasta is ideal for all Mediterranean recipes.
